Our courier company has 2 delivery options: The cheapest option is delivery to your closest Depot (they have Depots all over Australia). The courier company will advise you when your cubby has reached the Depot, and you have 10 days in which to pick it up.  Our cubbies fit in a ute or standard trailer (we can give you actually sizing if you aren't sure it will fit).

NOTE: our cubbies come in a few packs, you need to uncut the ties and pieces come off separately so you can pack them nicely on your vehicle (you will need tie-downs). The majority of the pieces are under 35kg each, but there are a few pieces that are heavier on the Medium and Large Forts - you will need help carrying these pieces.

Alternatively, our courier company offers Home Delivery in Metro areas. This service is fairly pricely though. Details are: 1) the Courier company will call to schedule a delivery time. 2) Delivery will be made to a carport or front door providing vehicle has appropriate access to the area which will be determined by driver 3) If access is not feasible, the driver will ascertain the next most suitable delivery point. They DO NOT deliver to back yards. We need to be made aware if access is difficult.

You are welcome to pick up your cubby directly from our Brisbane warehouse, in Clontarf.

Standard turn-around time is 5 working days (although this gets a little crazy coming close to Christmas time!).
